A few weeks ago, the Director, Federal Ministry of Agriculture with his team in Benue State informed officials of the State Ministry of Agriculture that he had received directives from the Ministry’s headquarters Abuja to establish Ruga which means ‘Fulani settlement’ in parts of the State. Appeal Court gives Buhari 5 days to respond to alleged certificate forgery 25th June 2019 Godwin Tsa,  Abuja The  Abuja division of the Court of Appeal has ordered President Muhammadu Buhari to respond within five days to the appeal challenging his educational qualification for the 2019 presidential election. Also ordered to respond within the same time frame is his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), which nominated him for the presidential poll, as well as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which accepted his nomination. Nigerian billionaire and business mogul, Mr Tonye Patrick Cole, has narrated his ordeal while on flight which was an encounter he witnessed between a young Nigerian guy and the Nobel Laureate, Prof Wole Soyinka. According to Tonye, the young guy asked the Nobel Laureate to stand up on a seat originally allocated to him (the young man) in the flight.
